testimonial

"I recommend Bill from Riders - meticulous, passionate and arrogant about what he does - to find that key. It sounds hoakey, but I'm now riding more than three hours on my bike without a concern for my body (however suited it may have seemed for endurance
sport.)

[My] fall training period was a progression [from] discomfort [to] frequent appointments to physios, doctors, and an acupuncturist. Hoping to complete my first Ironman, this saga of searching for wellness might sound familiar to others who are looking for that key to getting back more glide into their training.

After paying out money to another fitter, I see that Billy is careful to not miss out or overlook any important details to get you into that perfect fit... the fit where mere milimetres can add hundreds of comfortable miles to your ride."

The Long And Winding Road Just Got Less Painful.

A certified bicycle fitter (not all are certified so ask) can fit just about any person to any bike, so you don’t need a new bike to benefit from a professional bike fit. However, if you do decide to buy a new bicycle there are a few key steps in the selection process you should be made aware of. First, the style of bicycle, this is determined by the type of rider you are and any fitness related goals you may have. Next, you will need to find the correct frame size and do some initial size adjustments. This is a huge service only offered by specialty bicycle retailers. The final and most important step is the fitting of your bike. Many factors are taken into account during the fitting process, anatomy, flexibility, injury history and current cycling concerns to name a few. Adjustments to the seat, handlebar and foot position all contribute to you being more comfortable, efficient, and stable on the bike. This certified fit will make you safer and decrease your risk of injury during your rides. Whether you are young or young at heart, a first time rider or entering the Tour de France, having your bike fitted to you will make your time in the saddle more enjoyable. And hey, that’s why we ride.
