Rider’s Cycles and a group of dedicated cyclists are working on forming a new Victoria based Cycling Club. The club will be registered with Cycling BC and the Canadian Cycling Association. The focus of will be both recreational and competitive road, mountain, downhill and cyclocross cycling.
